Having had a fantastic Winter League campaign where our U13s finished second in the YEL Premier League, we didn't then make a particularly great start to 2023 and the Spring League season.

Four league defeats on the bounce saw our older boys bottom of the league and in much need of a confidence boost.
With players coming back from injury and the welcome distraction of the cup, our Quarter Final on 19th March saw us facing a tough test against Bottesford who were runners-up to us in the U12 league last season.

It was a tight match but a superb left-footed free kick from Isaac and a delightful strike from Harry saw us through with a 2-1 win.

The lads have now been drawn away from home in the semi-final where they will meet FC Silva Carlton, a team who we have not faced before but who are having a good season in Division 1.

The semi-final will take place at Carlton on Sunday 16th April with a place in the final at stake.
